About West Yale
A Chilliwack shop, 30+ years on the job
Over three decades of repairs, diagnostics, maintenance and tires for Fraser Valley drivers — on Yale Road West, across from M.Y. Mini Storage.
Who we are
Local roots. Hands-on work.
West Yale has been part of Chilliwack's automotive community for over 30 years. In that time the vehicles have changed — more computers, more sensors, more electrical systems — but what customers need from a shop hasn't.
They need someone who finds the real problem, explains it without talking down, gives a fair price upfront and doesn't sell them work they don't need. That's how West Yale has earned repeat customers, and why reviews keep coming back to honesty.
Today the shop handles everything from oil changes and brakes to computerized diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting, A/C and 3D wheel alignment — with a full tire shop on the same lot.
"We believe in treating every customer and vehicle with respect."

Customer reviews
In their words
What drivers bring up most isn't the repair itself. It's being told the truth about what their vehicle needs.
They took us in with no appointment, diagnosed and solved our issue same day, even stayed an hour after close to help us get back on the road!
They were very straightforward and only focused on fixing the problem and not trying to upsell anything.
Saved me on the side of the road, gave me options, excellent work, great mechanics
