How West Yale handles the information you send through this website.
What we collect
When you send a service request we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your vehicle's year, make and model, the service you need, your preferred contact method and your message. The request also includes how you found the site: the website you came from, if any, the first page you opened here, any campaign tags in that link, and the page you sent the request from.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request and to provide the service you ask about. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept as long as needed to deal with them and to keep reasonable records of work done on your vehicle.
Third parties
Requests are delivered to the shop by email. The map on this site is provided by Google and only loads if you choose to show it. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful: pages viewed, how you arrived, the type of device, and actions such as tapping a phone number, opening directions, or starting and sending the request form. It loads after the page has finished loading, uses cookies and doesn't identify you by name. You can block it in your browser's cookie settings.
