What vehicles do you service?
All makes and models. Our certified technicians use modern diagnostic equipment to get the job done right.
Why are there two phone numbers?
The shop runs two counters on one lot. Call 604-793-9310 for repairs, diagnostics and maintenance, and 604-391-1766 for tires and wheels.
Where are you located?
West Yale Automotive is at 44344 Unit A Yale Road West, Chilliwack, BC V2R 4H1, across the road from M.Y. Mini Storage and Cookie's Grill. West Yale Wheels & Tires is on the same lot, at 44360 Yale Rd, Chilliwack.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed Sunday.
Services
Do you sell and install tires?
Yes. West Yale Wheels & Tires handles tire sales, installation and rotation, wheel balancing, flat repair, bead and valve stem repair, TPMS, and trailer and ATV tires. The tire line is 604-391-1766.
Do you store tires between seasons?
Yes. If you swap between summer and winter tires, you can leave your off-season set with West Yale Wheels & Tires for a fee (fee on request). Call the tire line at 604-391-1766 to ask.
Do you do wheel alignments?
Yes — computerized wheel alignment using 3D technology.
Can you diagnose a check-engine light or electrical problem?
Yes. We use computerized diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting to track down the cause before recommending a repair.

How do I request service?
Call the shop, or send a service request online with your vehicle and what's going on. A request isn't a booked appointment — we'll contact you to confirm the details and a time.
How does pricing work?
Every vehicle and problem is different, so we don't publish a price list. You get upfront pricing once we know what's needed, and no unnecessary upsells.
